TL;DRPro's : Exactly what I wantedCon's : Only 2 fans included when it fits 4 (also should be white). Low wattage PSU included. To start off what I *DID NOT* like was the price mark up. With that being said, I purchased through a third party seller as well as the item being discontinued. The reason why I purchased it was because it was a commissioned build and this was the requested case.I normally prefer modular PSUs the one that was included was not. Continuing on that line of thought, I was surprised it was a full ATX PSU inside the enclosure which will provide for a better upgrade considering the fact it only came with a 550 Watt non-modular unit.I wished it included two more fans (from the manufacturer not the seller) it was space for them at the bottom of the case. It does have decent airflow. InWin could have also included their white fans instead of the black ones. (Black fans on a white interior not the best)The Qi works, it just was not a selling point for my customer. It currently fits a ROG Strix x570-I with a 5700G CPU.My customer loves it and already wants it upgraded. Going back to the PSU, the enclosure that the psu sits in is less than desirable placement. I will need to install an 120mm AIO, for the upgrades that they would like which will include an RX6600XT and a 5700X. So I'll definitely need to install a more powerful PSU and they know this. Again thankfully it's an ATX size instead of an SFX size PSU.I was also bummed out that this did not include plastic peels over the glass for the case, I'm pretty sure this was the third party seller not InWin.Power supply tests out perfectly, the cable management options are awesome, stock fans that come with are terrific, fit my water cooler and rad with no issues, lots of configuration options, and VERY well built. The quality was probably the most surprising part. This thing is a tank. The base is maybe my only gripe but honestly I'd be gettinf knit picky at that point as it serves its purpose well and actually look pretty slick the rest of the case. Really good balance of space and confif options while still being pretty damn compact. Would definitely recommend and look forward to seeing what else these guys come out with. This is the best case I have ever built. ❤️This case was used for my downsized gaming build and unfortunately it was not as great as I hoped. Mind you all parts were confirmed working properly before and after issues with this case.Build Quality: Great! The case feels very premium between the thick sheets of metal used and nice glossy finish of the glass at the top of the case. No compromises there.Build Parts List (Relevant later):I7 9700kAsrock phantom gaming z390i motherboard32gb Corsair Vengeance RGB ram (2x16gb)Nvidia Reference 2080 Super GPUCorsair H75 AIO with SP120 and HD120 fans3x more HD120 fans, one exhaust behind GPU and 2 intake on bottom of the caseCommander PRO for fan speed managementSamsung Evo 970 PLUS nvme and 1Tb Intel m.2 on the back of the board for storageThermal Grizzly Graphite Pad for TIMAssembly: Not bad, not great. This case would be 10x better without the included power supply, it is big! Not an SFX or SFF power supply, this is full ATX. Problems arise in building when trying to route cables around the huge power supply, and the short and mostly flimsy feeling cables only having one way they can possibly get to places. More on power supply later.... The included Qi charger is slow and the cable connected to the power supply is excessively long with nowhere to hide it.BAD: the power supply... I read reviews and opted to think oh it’s probably just a few bad ones mixed in the good batches. Well if it is the case (pun intended) I got unlucky and I’m very displeased since the build took 5+ hours to route all the cables the way I wanted them, upon turning the computer on everything was fine, ran unigine heaven and the computer shuts off while the cpu was only 60c... ok I investigate, anything power intensive ends up with the computer shutting off including other benchmarking software and gaming such as Modern Warfare and Rust all ended up with the computer shutting down.I end up grabbing my RM750x power supply from the previous build, plug it in and bam everything works fine, too bad I just got done paying $199+tax for a case because I wanted the power supply to go along with the case. I had no intentions of replacing the power supply considering the price of the case, but that may be the only option aside from returning the case as faulty (something I’m sure many have done). Will attempt to call customer service later and request for some of my money back and just keep the case and purchase a proper power supply instead of the trash that is included. Will update on response.Update 2/18/2020Received a partial refund for the faulty PSU (35% of purchase price) and in exchange neither I or Amazon Customer service had to deal with Inwin customer service in an attempt to RMA. Bought the Corsair SF600 platinum and it works like a dream, Qi charger was happily taken out as it charged extremely slowly anyway.Amazon Customer service: 5 stars as alwaysInwin Quality Assurance: 2-3 stars, case is still very nice. All in all I’ll give the item a 4 star now that the issues are ironed out.Had the case for about a year now and its pretty solid, most notably the Qi Charger is a unique addition and the overall build quality of the case is superb. Everything still works the same as day 1 besides a clip I accidentally broke snapping my window back onto the case (it still latches on with 1). Some people are saying the PSU sucks but it's fine its most likely not going to give you issues unless you are really close to the 650w TDP or its actually faulty (For reference I am running a 2070 Super/Ryzen 5 2600 combo with and estimated ~330W TDP). Cable Management was a pain but that goes for all ITX cases (funny enough this was my first one); make sure you have a solid plan before you start building, I had to restart twice since I didn't plan beforehand. To save everyone a few hours of their life I'm going to add some tips here from my personal experience:- Funnel your CPU cable through the top left(most) hole of your case (this was one of the reasons I had to restart)- Funnel as many cables from the back of the case to the interior as you can before installing the motherboard, this will make things go much smoother- Take the PSU Shroud off and have the GPU cable from the power supply hang from the side of the case instead of coming off the side of the shroud (see my build), you can hide it on the side but I got lazy- If your motherboard has an M.2 slot, use that to save some space and an unnecessary SATA cableIf I think of any more tips, I'll add them later. Happy Building! I receive a previously returned item? one of the fan fins was broken off. All the contents of the case were just thrown in the PC, loose and that's probably what broke the fin off the fan. but usually the extras come in a box and are at least tucked somewhere, but on mine, all the bags of extra screws, and then the RGB remote along with the lil PSU hider shroud were just in there all loosie goosy.and the Power supply didn't even work. I hesitated to buy this because of that PSU issue that every often brings up in Reviews.I love the case, but I didn't even get an attempt at using it. damn. I'm almost tempted to give them another shot and do me right. but argh. what bad luck, and all this after my original delivery was mishandled by amazon, so instead of receiving my items on the 22nd I got them on the 28th.What a shame, beautiful case would have made my setup glow. Canada post tried to return my case, but Amazon Requested that they hold it?Van a decir muchos que la fuente no sirve. Muy recomendableFantastic quality case. was actually very pleased with how much I could fit inside the case, and it looks great as well.Unfortunately the power supply that came with the case makes an awful noise in my otherwise silent computer. Eventually I couldn't deal with it as its loud. I have since returned the case, but if they had better quality control on the power supply this would be a perfect case....I have since went with a NR200P with a Corsair 750sf and my computer is as silent as possible. This is a better case then the first revision for the PSU alone, also improved wireless charging for your phone. The case is tight to work in so take your time. Too bad they did not include the 2 bottom case fans, I feel they should have for the price of the case. I am not a fan of the clear base in plastic w LED strip, find that a bit too vegasy but some may love and cant get enough RGB. Overall it is a pretty decent case for an mitx build, since I am older a headlight or even magnifying glass is useful for connecting headers. Wished the MSI B450 Gaming PLus had more fan headers in itx format but for a office build with some basic gaming the Ryzen 5 3400 w APU is enough, built it for our son who just launched his website, check it out curatedvan.com if into sneakers!
