I haven't tried comparable products, so I can't say they're the best option. I saw these in a "New From NAMM" article, saw that they're Rode, which is pretty trustworthy when it comes to mics, and saw the price point which I think is very reasonable.I got these to film content with coaches at my gym. I literally just plugged the piece into my phone, clipped the mic on the coach, and was ready to go. It was almost unbelievable how easy it was. They just work with whatever app I'm using to film.Sound quality is great, as good as I've heard from more advanced setups. They clip well onto t-shirts, including thinner materials. I also love that you can simply stand them up with the little magnet on the clip if you want. Not planning on doing much in the wild, but if I were, I'd just put the wind screens on my key chain since they don't have a home in the case. No big deal there.Easy to use, quality sound, great price point. I'm happy!
